Show laptop presentation

The presentation can only be added after the videoconference call has been established which is indicated by the far end room(s) appearing on the flat panel display and the Media source button no longer being greyed out on the touch panel.

Connect the laptop to the audio visual system by using the HDMI cable and adaptors if required. You may have to adjust the audio settings of the laptop for the audio to follow the HDMI cable.

Set the laptop to duplicate its display and touch the Laptop button to show the laptop on the flat panel display and to the far end as the presentation. Ensure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted if the presentation contains an audio component.
