Hover the mouse over the tabs and buttons for a description. Tabs and buttons with descriptions commencing with ‘GOTO’ can be clicked for more information.
The presentation can only be added after the videoconference call has been established. The indicator that a call has been connected, is the appearance of the far end room(s) on the flat panel display.
To show a desktop PC presentation, touch the Computer button located below the Presentation heading .Ensure the desktop PC audio is turned up and not muted if there is an audio component of the presentation.
Touch and slide the Main volume button to adjust the audio component of the desktop PC presentation
