Videoconferencing mode
Show analog laptop

In videoconferencing mode you cannot show a presentation until the videoconference call has been connected. This applies for theatre/room to content server recordings as well. The indicator that a call has been connected, is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the projector screen or the screen displaying the word ‘Recording’.

Connect the lectern laptop using the VGA and 3.5mm audio cable. Macbook users may need an Apple MiniDisplay port to VGA adaptor.

Set the laptop to duplicate its display and touch the Display tab and the Laptop 1 button to show the laptop on the projector screen. Make sure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted if the presentation contains an audio component.

To adjust the laptop volume in the room touch the Volume button on the bottom of the touch panel and slide the program volume left or right
