Videoconferencing mode
Show digital laptop

In videoconferencing mode you cannot show a presentation until the videoconference call has been established. This applies for theatre/room to content server recordings as well. The indicator that a call has been established is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the projector screen to the right behind you or the screen displaying the word ‘Recording’.

Connect the lectern laptop using the HDMI audio cable. Macbook users may need an Apple MiniDisplay port to VGA adaptor.

Connect the laptop to the audio visual system using the HDMI cable and activate its dual display.

Set the laptop to duplicate its display and touch the VC Presentation tab and the Laptop 2 button to show the laptop on the projector screen. Make sure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted if the presentation contains an audio component.

To adjust the laptop volume in the room touch the Volume button on the bottom of the touch panel and slide the program volume left or right.
