Hover the mouse over the tabs and buttons for a description.
Tabs and buttons with descriptions commencing with ‘GOTO’ can be clicked to simulate touch panel action.
Connect the laptop to the AV system with the HDMI cable on the lectern (use an adaptor if required) and set the laptop to duplicate its display. Use the Win/P combination on the keyboard to change the display settings or Mirror displays on a Macbook.
Touch the Laptop button to show the laptop as the videoconference presentation. Ensure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted if the presentation contains an audio component.
