Tabs and buttons with descriptions commencing with ‘GOTO’ can be clicked to simulate touch panel action.
The system turns on in local presentation mode and applies power to all devices. The touch panel is used for all interaction with the system except the room lighting. The lights are controlled from a panel located on the front wall to the right of the lectern. There are three visualisers on the lectern labelled Left Document Camera, Right Document Camera and Demo Camera. The Demo Camera is the red Lumens visualiser. The wireless collaborator device is a Kramer Via Pro which provides a wireless connection point to the AV system for laptops, tablets and smart phones from anyone in the room.
In local presentation mode, the same or different media can be shown on thw two projector screens. Touch a Screen tab and a media button to show push the content to the projector screen.
All the connected media sources can be viewed on the touch panel before pushing the content to the big screen(s). This is particularly handy when showing items of interest on the visualisers as it offers an opportunity to adjust the view prior to showing the content. Touch the Preview tab and a media button to preview it.
Touch the Audio tab to adjust the microphone and laptop/computer/television playback volume.
Touch the Videoconference tab to proceed to videoconference mode.
Touch the Exit button to turn the AV system off.
Touch the Lights button to open the room lighting control - a wall mounted control is located on the right hand side of the projection wall.
Touch the Blinds button to open the control the window blinds.
