In videoconferencing mode, there are three volume controls on the panel.
Microphone volume = the volume of your voice in the room. Touch and slide left or right to suit your voice.
Videoconference volume = the volume of the audio coming from the room(s) to which you are connected. Touch and slide left or right to adjust.
Program volume = the audio component on your presentation (Desktop PC, laptop and DVD/VHS tape player). Touch and slide left or right to adjust. Make sure the volume on the Desktop PC or laptop is turned up and not muted.
The ceiling microphones are off by default and should be off while a presentation is under way from the lectern as any noises from the tables could interfere with the presentation.
Hover the mouse over the tabs and buttons for a description. Tabs and buttons with descriptions commencing with ‘GOTO’ can be clicked for more information.
