300-002 Show a laptop connected at the lectern on the projector screen

  1. Connect the laptop to the AV system by the HDMI cable available on the lectern - adapters are available for several types of laptop outputs.
  2. Set the laptop to duplicate its display (Win/P or Mirror displays).
  3. Touch the Laptop button to show it on the displays in the room.
  4. If the presentation contains an audio component (YouTube etc.) touch the Audio tab and select Sound to follow Projector. Ensure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted - touch and slide the Program volume button to adjust the playback volume.
