Videoconference mode
Show no presentation

In a videoconference, the image of the presenter and presentation are sent concurrently to the participating room(s). The VC Main Image is used to select the view of the presenter (presenter camera) and the VC Presentation is used to select the presentation source to be shown.

In videoconferencing mode, the presentation can only be added after the videoconference call has been connected. The media buttons are greyed out until the call has been connected. This applies for theatre to content server recordings as well. The indicator that a call has been connected, is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the projector screen to the right behind you or the screen displaying the word ‘Recording’.

Once the call has been connected add the presentation by touching the VC Presentation tab and one of the media buttons (presenter camera, audience camera, computer, laptop, document camera or television).

Touch the Audio tab for information about the volume/audio control
