Preview analogue laptop (VGA) presentation

The AV system allows for a media source (desktop PC, laptop, collaborator, document camera/visualiser) to be previewed on the touch panel prior to showing it on the projector screen(s). Touch the Preview tab and the Laptop button to view it on the touch panel. The window size can be maximized by touching the preview window on the touch panel. To reduce the preview window size, touch it again. To preview another media source touch the corresponding button on the touch panel.

Connect the laptop to the audio visual system using the 15-pin VGA cable and the 3.5mm audio cable.

Set the laptop to duplicate its display and touch the Preview tab, Laptop button and the VGA button to preview the analog laptop on the touch panel.
