Tabs and buttons with descriptions commencing with ‘GOTO’ can be clicked to simulate touch panel action.

Videoconference mode
Show digital laptop (HDMI) presentation

In videoconferencing mode, the presentation can only be added after the videoconference call has been connected. This applies for theatre to content server recordings as well. The indicator that a call has been connected, is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the projector screen to the right behind you or the screen displaying the word ‘Recording

Connect the laptop to the audio visual system using the HDMI cable. You may have to adjust the audio settings of the laptop for the audio to follow the HDMI cable.

Set the laptop to duplicate its display and touch the VC Presentation tab, Laptop button and HDMI button to show the digital laptop on the left projector screen behind you. To show the laptop on both projector screens, touch the Duplicate On Both Screens button.

Make sure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted if the presentation contains an audio component.  Adjust the volume by touching and sliding the Program volume left or right on the touch panel. Touch the Audio tab for information about the volume/audio control.
