Hover the mouse over the tabs and buttons for a description. Buttons with descriptions commencing with ‘GOTO’ can be clicked for more information.
The audio component of a presentation (PC, laptop, student workgroup laptop, collaborator, BluRayDVD player and TV) must be sent to the same projector screen as where the images/video is shown. If the PC or a laptop is used as your media source, also make sure the PC/laptop volume is turned up and not muted.
For example if you are playing a Youtube clip on the desktop PC on the Left Projector, touch the Audio Tab and the Sound to follow left projector button.
To adjust the volume of the audio component of the presentation, touch and slide the Program Volume button left or right.
To adjust the presenter’s microphone volume, touch and slide the Microphone Volume button left or right.
There are 12 student workgroup locations in the audience section of the theatre, each fitted with an overhead microphone. To activate a student workgroup microphone, touch the Student Workgroup Microphones button and one of the 12 control buttons.
