In videoconferencing mode, the system will turn on both projectors and select the presenter camera as the main image. In preparation for the videoconference the presenter, depending on anticipated movements, should make the necessary camera angle adjustments by touching the on screen pan, tilt and zoom functions, to ensure he/she is visible at all times to the participants at the far end room(s). The audience cameras are used when the presentation is coming from the far end room and usually selected remotely by VAVS.

Videoconference calls are usually scheduled by VAVS and once the call is connected, the far end participants will appear on the projector screen to the right behind you or the word ‘Recording’ will indicate you are recording the session to the content server. To make sure the presenter can be heard at the far end room(s), it is recommended a sound check be conducted at this stage.

Once the call has been connected you can add your presentation source by touching the VC Presentation tab and the appropriate media button on the panel. Your presentation will be shown on the left projector screen behind you.
