Hover the mouse over the tabs and buttons for a description. Buttons with descriptions commencing with ‘GOTO’ can be clicked for more information.
In videoconferencing mode, the presentation should only be added after the videoconference call has been established. This applies for theatre to content server recordings as well. The indicator that a call has been established, is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the projector screen to the right behind you or the screen displaying the word ‘Recording’
Once the call has been connected touch the VC Presentation tab and the Computer button on the touch panel.
Make sure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted if the presentation contains an audio component. Adjust the volume by touching and sliding the Program volume left or right on the touch panel. Touch the Audio tab for information about the audio visual volume/audio control.
