In videoconferencing mode, the presentation should only be added after the videoconference call has been established. This applies for theatre to content server recordings as well. The indicator that a call has been established, is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the projector screen to the right behind you or the screen displaying the word ‘Recording

Connect the student workgroup laptop to the audio visual system using the provided 15-pin VGA cable and 3.5mm audio cable and activate the laptop’s dual display. Mac users may need an Apple MiniDisplay port to VGA adaptor.

Set the laptop display to duplicate its display and touch the VC Presentation tab, the Student Workgroup Laptop button and the Workgroup location number to show this workgroup's laptop on the left projector screen behind the presenter.

Make sure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted if the presentation contains an audio component.  Adjust the volume by touching and sliding the Program volume left or righton the touch panel. Touch the Audio tab for information about the audio visual volume/audio control.
