Tabs and buttons with descriptions commencing with ‘GOTO’ can be clicked to simulate touch panel action.
In a videoconference, the view of a camera and presentation are sent concurrently to the participating room(s). The VC Main Image is used to select one of the two cameras and the VC Presentation is used to select the presentation source to be shown.
In videoconferencing mode, the presentation can only be added after the videoconference call has been established. All the presentation source buttons (Clerk's PC, Clerk's table, Wireless Presenter, Bar Table 1 and Bar Table 2) are greyed out and not touchable until such time the videoconference call has been established. The indicator that a call has been established, is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the monitors.
To show the laptop connected at the bar table 1, touch the Bar Table 2 button. If the presentation contains an audio component, ensure the laptop volume is turned up and not muted.
Touch the Audio tab to adjust the playback volume
