Videoconference mode
Show the wireless presenter on the left monitor.

In a videoconference, the view of a camera and presentation are sent concurrently to the participating room(s). The VC Main Image is used to select one of the two cameras and the VC Presentation is used to select the presentation source to be shown.

In videoconferencing mode, the presentation can only be added after the videoconference call has been established. All the presentation source buttons (Clerk's PC, Clerk's table, Wireless Presenter, Bar Table 1 and Bar Table 2) are greyed out and not touchable until such time the videoconference call has been established. The indicator that a call has been established, is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the monitors.

BYOD - Laptops, smartphones and tablets can connect wirelessly to the presenter.

Touch the  Wireless Presenter button to show the wireless presenter (Kramer Via) on the selected projector screen.

Once the IP address shown on the screen, is entered into the device, a 4-digit code is generated, enter the code to connect the BYOD to the presenter and share content.
