In a videoconference, the view of a camera and presentation are sent concurrently to the participating room(s). The VC Main Image is used to select one of the two cameras and the VC Presentation is used to select the presentation source to be shown.

In videoconferencing mode, the presentation can only be added after the videoconference call has been established. All the presentation source buttons (Computer, Laptop, Visualiser, Wireless Presenter) are greyed out and not touchable until such time the videoconference call has been established. The indicator that a call has been established, is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the flat panel display.
