Show analog laptop (VGA) presentation

In videoconferencing mode, the presentation can only be added after the videoconference call has been connected. The indicator that a call has been connected, is the appearance of the Far End room(s) on the projector screen to the right behind you.

Connect the laptop to the audio visual system using the 15-pin VGA cable and the 3.5mm audio cable.

Set the laptop to duplicate its display and touch the VC Presentation tab, Laptop button and the VGA button to show the analog laptop on the left projector screen behind you. To show the laptop on both projector screens, touch the Duplicate On Both Screens button.

Make sure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted if the presentation contains an audio component.  Adjust the volume by touching and sliding the Program volume left or right on the touch panel. Touch the Audio tab for information about the volume/audio control.
