Videoconference mode
Introduction

In videoconference mode the Court room can connect to other venues, rooms and courts by video and audio.

The clerk controls the audio visual system from the touch panel in the court room.

There are two wall mounted video cameras (left and right) and two wall mounted flat panel displays (left and right) in the court room. The camera presets can be programmed to store the most common left and right camera setting, for ease of switching views during a conference call.

The system defaults to selecting the left camera, no presentation showing and the Selfview button activated. The selfview places a small window on the flat panel display showing the current camera angle. It is recommended adjustments are made as required prior to the conference to ensure the desired view is presented to the far end participant(s). The volume of the far end participants can be adjusted by touching and sliding the VC Volume control along the left hand side of the touch panel.

As well as sending a view of the court room to the far end participant(s,) the clerk’s computer (PC), the clerk’s laptop, the bench's laptop, the left council or right council's laptops can displayed in the room as well as for the far end participants. The presentation audio is controlled by touching and sliding the Volume control along the bottom of the touch panel.
