Local presentation mode
System is on
The audio visual system defaults to the Left Monitor with no presentation showing.
There are four wells around the board room table fitted with 240V power and an HDMI cable for connecting a laptop.
The monitors, in presentation mode work independently of each other which means you can show two different laptops on the monitors at the same time.
The boardroom is fitted with a Williams IR hearing assistance device.

The Lights in the room are controlled from the touch panel.
There is also a wall mounted light control to the left as you enter the room.
