Presentation source

There are four touch panel options for showing a laptop presentation – they depend on at which location around the boardroom table the laptop is connected (1-4) by the provided HTMI cable. Macbook users may need an Apple MiniDisplay port to HDMI adaptor. Touch the Laptop 1 HDMI button to show the laptop connected in well 1.

Audio/Volume

If the presentation contains an audio component, ensure the laptop audio is turned up and not muted. Adjust the laptop volume level in the room by touching and sliding the Main Volume button along the left hand side of the touch panel. To adjust the sound coming from the room(s) to which you are connected, touch and slide the VC Volume button along the right hand side of the touch panel.
