Award Details

Admission Requirements

  • Completion of a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours. It is normally expected that the Honours course would include a research component; or

  • Completion of a Bachelor of Engineering with at least two years of work and/or additional educational experience, such as the Research Methods course, which the Head of the School of Engineering deems as a demonstration of research potential; or

  • Completion of either a Bachelor of Science with Honours or Bachelor of Applied Science with Honours and the approval of the Head of the School of Engineering; or

  • Completion of a qualification from another faculty or institution accepted by the faculty as equivalent to the above, and the approval of the Head of the School of Engineering and the Dean of Postgraduate Studies.
