Completion of a four year undergraduate degree, from this or another university
Additional selection requirements
Candidates will normally have a Distinction average in at least 21 credit points at third year level in their major discipline; and
Special admission requirements
Will have obtained at least a Credit in any undergraduate research methods subjects relevant to their intended masters program.

12 credit points as per faculty requirements
Additional course rules
Candidates shall enrol in a pilot study for their intended masters project as a minor project subject within the Graduate Certificate program.
Additional completion requirements
The program is determined in consultation with the relevant Head of School, to enable the candidate to complete the University’s Confirmation of Candidature requirements for a Masters by Research degree.

Candidates seeking eligibility to enrol for a Masters by Research degree will be required to obtain at least a Credit in their first minor project and an overall Credit average in order to be considered by the faculty for masters candidature.
