Admission Requirements
Course pre-requisites | Completion of a Bachelor of Science pass degree, from this or another University. Entry requirements for this course are consistent with the Pathways to Qualifications in the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Guidelines for Bachelor degrees. |
Minimum English Language Proficiency Requirements | Students of non English speaking backgrounds must have an adequate English language capacity assessed under the Australian International English Language Testing System. An IELTS score of 6.0 with no component lower than 5.5 is required (Band 1 at JCU). Students scoring below this may be offered up to six months intensive language training prior to admission to the course. |
Additional selection requirements | Applicants must satisfy the school requirements relating to the standard of academic achievement necessary to proceed to an honours degree. |
