Available Study Modes
Study Mode Code | Study Mode | Description |
STD | Standard | Standard (courses or subjects that are available in Standard mode only eg medicine, pharmacy subjects – these subjects are not available to cross-institutional, study abroad or exchange students. |
SAI | Study Abroad Inbound | Study abroad Inbound (courses or subjects that are available to Study Abroad Inbound students only.) |
SAO | Study Abroad Outbound | Study abroad Outbound (applies to subjects only eg. those that are undertaken by students enrolled in Bachelor of Languages when they study part of their course overseas.) |
EXI | Exchange Inbound | Exchange Inbound (courses or subjects that are available to Exchange Inbound students only.) |
EXO | Exchange Outbound | Exchange Outbound (applies subjects only eg. those that are undertaken by students when studying at an overseas university with whom we have an exchange agreement. (These subjects begin with ‘IS’.) |
CII | Cross Institutional Inbound | Cross-Institutional Inbound (applies to courses or subjects that are available to Cross-Institutional [Complementary] Inbound students only. |
SFO | Study From Overseas | Study from Overseas (available to International Postgraduate Coursework students based overseas, where block mode subjects are undertaken at Townsville.) |
* Default Study Mode for courses = STD
* Default Study Mode for subjects = STD + SAI + EXI + CII
* No course will have study mode of ALL.
