About the Presenter

James Harding

James Harding, an alumnus of James Cook University and Legal Practice Director of Harding Property Law, has over a decade of experience in Property Law and Conveyancing. Founding his firm in 2022, James set out with a clear vision to provide practical, client-focused legal solutions across Queensland. Recently named a finalist for the Queensland Law Society's Solicitor of the Year (Small Firm 2-19 PCs), he is known for his personable approach and commitment to high standards in legal care. Outside of law, James leads the Cairns Kendo Club as Dojo Leader and enjoys camping, video games and the discipline of martial arts.
