Nathan Lee

Nathan has 20 years’ experience in the Community Services sector, as a Mental Health and Wellbeing Service Manager. He manages multiple teams and services spanning various disciplines and modes, with a particular emphasis on Mental Health, Aged Care and Disability Support Services. Consistently developing service delivery through innovative strategies, while maintaining a client-focused approach. Nathan’s work at Centacare FNQ has seen the implementation growth and changes across the NDIS implementation and ongoing development. His leadership is characterised by a steadfast commitment to service excellence, building resilience, and enhancing mental well-being within the community. Nathan works on creating collaborative environments, ensuring cohesive team operations that achieve exceptional outcomes. Motivated by dedication to making a tangible impact, he prioritises innovative initiatives that significantly improve the quality of life for individuals in the Cairns community. Nathan applies his extensive knowledge and practical insights to educate and inspire future professionals in the field of community services.
