For Year 10 students with a passion for Aquaculture
Give your year 10 students the opportunity to experience the future of sustainable food production at JCU’s Aquaculture Immersion Day — an engaging, hands-on event designed to connect classroom learning with real-world innovation.
Through interactive activities led by JCU experts and industry partners, students will explore the science and technology driving one of the world’s fastest-growing industries, from aquatic animal health and genetics to digital monitoring and sustainable production systems. The day provides valuable exposure to STEM applications, emerging blue-economy careers, and the critical role aquaculture plays in global food security and environmental sustainability, helping students broaden their understanding of future study and career pathways in an exciting and rapidly evolving field.
