Join us for an engaging evening of conversation exploring the future of sport, youth and climate change across the Pacific. As Pacific communities look ahead to the 2027 Pacific Games in French Polynesia and Brisbane 2032, sport is becoming much more than competition. It is a powerful way to bring people together, strengthen communities, support wellbeing, and respond to the challenges of a changing climate. Whether you are a student, athlete, coach, researcher, teacher, community member, or simply interested in the Pacific, this event offers an opportunity to hear from leading experts, connect with others, and share ideas about the future of sport and sustainable development in our region.
Bringing together voices from Australia and the Francophone Pacific, this Apéro Scientifique will explore what the future of sport looks like in a changing climate Come along, meet new people, enjoy complimentary light refreshments, and be part of an important conversation shaping the future of our region.
