Eszter Kiss, our lecturer and coordinator, is going to present at an international conference in Spain. The Higher Education Advances Conference brings together educators from the top universities of the world to share their best practice. Eszter has been invited to share her expertise with educators around the globe.

She’s been helping students to bring the best out of themselves through specially tailored curriculum. The aim of her class design is to increase students’ ability to apply the learnt concepts and theories, to increase students’ confidence and self-efficacy, and to help students find their purpose.

Eszter is very excited for the incredible opportunity to present at such a significant worldwide conference and said “this is a great opportunity for us to show what we do here at JCU Australia. I’m thrilled to be chosen as a full-paper presenter at such a prestigious conference! I am passionate about the topics of work-readiness, the whole-person approach in careers and self-efficacy. It has been a wonderful journey with our students here. I keep learning a lot from them and it helps me to build programs and classroom activities to benefit them. When I see students open up as they set their goals, excel in their projects or land a dream job, that makes me go the extra mile. It seems it is time to share with the world what a fabulous experience I have with our students.”
