Our friendly IT Help Desk team are here to help you with all your IT questions and support needs and can be reached Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm AEST (closed weekends and Public Holidays). There are lots of ways that you can get in touch with us, so choose the method that suits you best.
You can request support through the JCU ServiceNow portal. Staff should also have a “JCU ServiceNow” icon located on their desktops, which is a shortcut to this site.

We also provide an out of hours voicemail service. Please leave a message along with a contact phone number and we will call you back as soon as possible on the next business day.
During semester we also staff a service point located on the Townsville Campus in Building 2 room 105 between the hours of 10:00am and 1pm to assist students with connecting their laptops to the JCU wireless network.
