We're Here to Help You!
Our friendly IT Help Desk team are here to help you with all your IT questions and support needs and can be reached Monday through Friday, from 8am to 6pm AEST (closed weekends and Public Holidays). There are lots of ways that you can get in touch with us, so choose the method that suits you best.
You can request support through the JCU ServiceNow portal. Staff should also have a “JCU ServiceNow” icon located on their desktops, which is a shortcut to the site.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and a job request will be automatically created for you in ServiceNow.

During semester we provide a service point conveniently located at JCU Townsville Campus, in Building 2 Room 105. We are open 10am to 1pm to assist students and staff with technical issues they may be experiencing with using JCU ICT Services.
