Welcome to Northern and regional Queensland

Northern and regional Queensland covers nearly 90% of the state and has a diverse mix of people and landscapes. From beaches, mountains, spectacular rainforests, farmland, savannah country and wilderness to the red soil of the Australian outback, this region is a beautiful place to pursue your GP training.

Note: Training in South East Queensland including the Sunshine Coast is managed by RACGP. For ACRRM, JCU facilitates training in the Queensland region excluding South East Queensland.
