Student access card

Every JCU Brisbane student can apply for a unique swipe access card. This allows access to the building after hours. The card remains the property of JCU Brisbane and must be returned upon completion or cessation of studies or a $25 replacement fee is payable.

If you would like to apply for a swipe access card please complete the below form which, once submitted, will be forwarded to the email address provided. Please present a copy of the completed application to Student Services in order to collect your swipe access card.

Swipe Card allowable access:

Monday to Friday: Refer to Campus opening hours - No Swipe Card required

Weekends and Public Holidays: 7.30am to 6.00pm Access to Campus and Level 1 only

Advertised Campus Closures: No access even with a Swipe Card

Terms and Conditions * 1. The swipe access card remains the property of JCU Brisbane.
2. The swipe access card will be returned to Student Services immediately upon completion or cessation of studies at JCU Brisbane.
3. If the swipe access card is lost or cannot be returned, a $25 replacement fee is payable.
4. Should the card not be returned upon completion or cessation of studies a sanction will be applied to the student’s account preventing access to grades and academic transcripts until the card is returned or the $25 replacement fee is paid.
5. I accept responsibility for the swipe access card allocated to me and will not give or lend the card to any other person.
