2020 College Recipient, College of Public Health, Medical and Veterinary Sciences
Lynne Zeldenryk first graduated from James Cook University in 2009 with a Graduate Certificate of Research Methods and again in 2013 with a Doctor of Philosophy.
During a seven year career as a staff member of the University, she led the development of the first accredited allied health degree in Australia to be offered via online flexible delivery. Since then, she has forged an outstanding business development career including two years as a Senior Manager at Price Waterhouse Coopers. She is currently the World Worldwide Innovation Lead, Financial Services at Amazon, based in New York. In this position, she works on innovative solutions with Fortune 500 companies to achieve step function changes in their businesses.
She was also the Chair of the Australian American Leadership Dialogue Young Leaders Dialogue from 2015-2017 and remains a Patron of the organisation. Dr Zeldenryk was also the Australian Youth Ambassador for Development, Tongan Red Cross Society.
