The application process is managed by ACRRM and RACGP. Applicants must decide which fellowship they intend to pursue and apply directly to the relevant college.

Steps to applying
Each college conducts a check on their applicants’ eligibility including Citizenship/PR status, medical qualification and AHPRA registration.
Once your eligibility has been confirmed, you pay an application fee for the selection process to your chosen college(s).
Eligibility
Applicants to the AGPT program must be Australian or New Zealand Citizens or Permanent Residents by the application closing date and hold Medical Registration by the date of entry into the program.
Eligibility criteria are set by the Department of Health and each college checks their applications for meeting these requirements.
