Intent

This Appendix outlines result codes that have been disestablished and any transitional arrangements in accordance with the Student Results Policy and related procedures.

The Fail result of N will be coded as F for any subject offerings from 2022 onwards.  Any retrospective changes to subject results where the subject offering was prior to 2022 will still be coded N.

Fail (withdrew after the prescribed last date for withdrawal without academic penalty)

For all withdrawals with academic penalty approved for subject offerings from 2022 onwards the result code of FW will be used. For all withdrawals with academic penalty approved where the subject offering was prior to 2022, the result code of WF will be used.
