Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation after accepting your letter of offer, will be entitled to a refund as per the stipulations outlined below;

1. Written notice of cancellation is provided more than 14 days before the contract start date, all fees are refundable except for a $55 cancellation fee withheld.

2. Written notice of cancellation is provided less than 14 days before your contract start date, all fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided.

3. Cancellations made on or after the contract start date will not be entitled to any refund.

*If you are staying for placement purposes and your placement is cancelled, you may be eligible for a full refund when written notice of this cancellation is received up to your contract start date and supporting documentation regarding this cancellation is provided.
