The Academic Administration and Enrolment (AAE) team provide JCU international students, including Australian Award Scholarship students, with 1:1 support regarding their academic administrative requirements, and studying with JCU. These include but are not limited to;

Study Queensland is dedicated to the promotion of Queensland as a destination for International Student. Study Queensland connects with JCU as a partner in education, training, research and innovation, and has regional hubs in Cairns & Townsville. Study Queensland connects students with local community support services including;

- Referrals for local services such as health & wellbeing, legal, and health & wellbeing services
- Queensland Student Hub - linking international students to case workers, to guide them through mental health, visa, crisis accommodation and other essential needs.
