Course learning outcomes
The Graduate Certificate in Health Professional Education enables health professionals working in regional and remote tropical Australia to complete a postgraduate qualification to enhance their teaching and learning skills. The course introduces basic concepts essential for learning, teaching and supervising in clinical settings for health professionals.
Students will develop knowledge, skills and attitudes as effective educators to deliver best practice teaching and learning opportunities for students in all health professions.

Students who complete this course are eligible for entry to the Graduate Diploma of Health Professional Education and the Master of Health Professional Education. Students may be granted credit for subjects completed under this course.

Course fees are charged per year of full-time study. International course fees are reviewed annually and subject to change.
A Student Services and Amenities Fee is payable per subject up to a maximum amount per year.
Student Visa holders must have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the duration of their Student Visa (except Norwegian, Swedish and Belgian citizens).
