John Grey Hall is JCU’s brand new, purpose-built on-campus residence that officially opened in 2018. The residence offers modern self-catered, apartment-style living. JCU’s first-year student room guarantee ensures that all first-year students are guaranteed a place at John Grey Hall, giving you the best chance of university success. JCU also offers residential scholarships for residents who need to relocate to study at JCU Cairns.

Cairns Student Lodge

Cairns Student Lodge is located just across the highway and an eight-minute walk to the JCU Cairns campus. This fully-catered residence offers secure rooms or apartments, as well as a resort-style swimming pool, volleyball court and a fully-equipped share kitchen.
