From your first degree to your PhD, JCU has a study option to suit you. Whether you're local to Cairns and Townsville or live further afield, JCU hosts a series of events every year to meet with students like you to discuss your career aspirations and study plans to become ready today for tomorrow.
UniX Year 8 will help students identify and shape their future ambitions, assist with their future subject choices, and promote positive post-school pathways to tertiary education.
Students will sample what it’s like to study different subjects including medicine, nursing, science, engineering, education, social sciences, business, law and the creative arts.
These are just some activities designed to develop and articulate experiences that showcase students skills and strengths. We’ll also help students explore potential jobs through career taster activities and presentations.
When and where:
JCU Cairns, 20 - 24 November 2023
