MIPS Year 5 Prize for Clinical Excellence

History of the prize

Previously known as Henry Schein Prize for Clinical Excellence in Dentistry. This prize was founded in 2013 by Henry Schein Halas. It is awarded to the final year student who attains the most outstanding achievement in clinical placement in the Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. From 2025, the prize was reestablished with the support from MIPS, as they recognised the significance of recognition for clinical excellence.
