Prize for Excellence in Third Year Bachelor of Information Technology (Cairns)

History of the prize

This prize was founded in 2005 by the then School of Mathematics, Physics and Information Technology and is maintained with annual donations from the College of Science and Engineering. The prize is awarded to the Cairns, Nguma-bada campus student completing the Bachelor of Information Technology who has shown a high quality of performance in the subjects CP3046 and CP3047 and has submitted outstanding project portfolios for assessment of design in their subjects.

Prize Information

Awarded to the graduating Bachelor of Information Technology student enrolled at the Cairns Nguma-bada campus who has achieved the highest aggregated result the subjects: CP2408: Design Thinking and Creative IT Industries; and CP3405: Design Thinking and Project Management, and submitted an outstanding project portfolio for assessment of design in their subjects.
