AdPha Clinical Pharmacy Award

History of the prize

Advanced Pharmacy Australia (previously named (Society of Hospital Pharmacists of Australia) is the national professional organisation for pharmacists, pharmacist interns, students, and technicians working across Australia's health system and is the only professional pharmacy organisation with a strong base of members practising in public and private hospitals and other health services.
Advanced Pharmacy Australia was established in 1941 following the pioneering efforts of 25 public hospital pharmacists from Victoria. From 1947 to 1964 branches were established across Australia.  For nearly 80 years, the APA has represented and advocated for pharmacists working in hospitals and other healthcare settings.

This award is sponsored by the Advanced Pharmacy Australia.
