Founded in 2013 with a capital donation from Dr Phillip Musumeci. Awarded to a Cairns or Townsville student enrolled in a masters or PhD program in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology who has made an outstanding contribution to teaching in the Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Information Technology disciplines.
