Fod Kelly Prize for Rural Pharmacy

History of the prize

This award is in honour of Fod (Florence) Kelly who as passionate about community pharmacy and worked in rural pharmacy assisting both humans with pharmaceuticals and advice.  She retired from active work at the age of 76 and died in Warwick at the age of 96. She would be delighted that her legacy is remembered in acknowledging the importance of rural pharmacy.

The award is sponsored by her daughter, Dr Kerry Kelly and the late Emeritus Professor Rick Speare.

2. Tell us about your experience and connection to rural pharmacy.

3. Tell us about your commitment to supporting rural remote communities with your Bachelor of Pharmacy.
