History of the prize

This prize was founded in 1987 with an endowment from Alison and Ian Hunter. The prize is awarded to the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) student majoring in Electrical Engineering or Internet of Things Engineering, who is deemed to have achieved the best overall performance in the two parts of the level 4 thesis.
