Site Information
We may update the information on our website, including these terms, at any time without prior notice.
Registration
- Your registration is only confirmed once full payment is received.
- Registrations made within 7 days of the event cannot request dietary requirements.
Payment Fees
- A processing fee applies to credit card payments.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing to the Event Manager.
- If cancelled before November 1, 2025, a 75% refund will be issued (25% is kept for admin fees).
- No refunds after this date.
- Registrations can be transferred to another person if requested in writing.
- The event will not proceed if fewer than 65 tickets are sold by September 30, 2025. In this case, all registrants will receive a full refund, minus any applicable transaction fees.
Changes
- One free change per registration. Additional changes cost $55 each.
Attending the Conference
- Only paid registrations grant entry.
- The event is for academic and professional staff in higher education.
Behaviour & Conduct
- The Organisers can refuse entry or remove participants for inappropriate behavior.
- No offensive or promotional materials (political, religious, or commercial) are allowed.
- Violating the terms may result in:
- Removal from the venue.
- Confiscation of your ticket without refund.
- A ban from future events.
Accessibility & Inclusion
- We aim to make the event accessible to everyone. Please note any special needs (e.g., dietary, mobility) during registration.
- Please let us know via email if we can better accommodate you at the event.
Dress Code
- Smart casual attire is required for all sessions and social functions.
Speakers & Content
- Speaker views are their own and not endorsed by the conference.
- The conference is not responsible for any advice given by speakers.
Insurance
- Attendees should have medical, travel, and personal insurance before traveling.
Name Badges
- Badges must be worn at all times for entry to sessions and events.
Photography & Recording
- Official event photos and videos may be taken.
- By attending, you agree to be recorded unless you notify us otherwise.
- Personal photography is allowed if it doesn’t disrupt sessions or violate privacy rights.
Liability & Force Majeure
- We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims related to the use of our site or services.
- Liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of your booking.
- We are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, terrorism, or government advisories.
