If you require assistance from the IT Help Desk, your primary method for requesting assistance is via ServiceNow, a self service portal. JCU staff should also see a 'Service Management Suite' icon on their computer desktop, which provides a short cut to the portal.
If you're unable to access the self service portal you may contact ITHelpDesk@jcu.edu.au with a summary of your requirements and a job request will be automatically generated.
