Request IT support

If you require assistance from the Central Service Desk, your primary method for requesting assistance is via ServiceNow, a self service portal. JCU staff should also see a 'Service Management Suite' icon on their computer desktop, which provides a short cut to the portal.

If you're unable to access the self service portal you may contact centralservices@jcu.edu.au with a summary of your requirements and a job request will be automatically generated.

Book a University vehicle

JCU's Townsville and Cairns campuses have provision for vehicle hire for staff and students. Vehicles are available for short-term hire for business and research purposes. Visit the JCU Fleet Vehicles page for driver requirements and booking information.

Book a Room

To book a meeting room, teaching space (non-teaching activities), event space or specialised location, visit the Internal Room Bookings page.
Note: All teaching activities must be timetabled through Scheduling Services via your Business Partner.

If you're unable to book a room or need support, please submit a ServiceNow request for assistance.

Update the JCU website

JCU's website is managed by a team of trained content editors and content approvers. Video and reference materials for content editors are available for download from the Marketing Toolkit website.
